Optika IM-300 Inverted phase contrast microscope, 400x, IOS LWD PLAN

€2.754,00 excl. VAT

The Optika IM-300 is an inverted trinocular microscope for brightfield and phase contrast observation of live cell cultures. It carries IOS LWD W-PLAN PH objectives at 10x, 20x, and 40x, and the condenser extends its working distance up to 135 mm for tall culture vessels. The fixed 250×160 mm stage accepts glass and metal round inserts for slides, Petri dishes, and Terasaki plates. It suits laboratories that need a straightforward inverted platform for routine cell culture brightfield and phase contrast work.

Optika IM-300 Inverted Trinocular Microscope

The Optika IM-300 is an inverted trinocular microscope for brightfield and phase contrast observation of live cell cultures.

IOS LWD W-PLAN PH objectives cover 10x to 40x, with an extendable working distance condenser for tall culture vessels.

IOS LWD W-PLAN PH Objectives

The objective set covers 10x, 20x, and 40x, infinity corrected and anti-fungus treated with a 45 mm parfocal distance, giving 100x to 400x total magnification.

Extendable Long Working Distance Condenser

The Abbe condenser, N.A. 0.30, has a standard 72 mm working distance that extends up to 135 mm, with a phase contrast slider (BF, 4x/10x, 20x/40x) and a color filter slider.

Fixed Stage with Interchangeable Inserts

The 250×160 mm fixed stage accepts glass and metal round inserts, with holders for Petri dishes and a 96-well Terasaki plate available as options.

X-LED8 Illumination

The X-LED8 light source runs at 8 W with manual brightness control and a lifetime over 65000 hours at 6300 K.

Ideal Applications

The IM-300 suits laboratories that need routine inverted brightfield and phase contrast observation.

  • Live cell culture observation
  • Phase contrast observation of unstained cell cultures
  • Routine cell biology laboratory work
  • Teaching and demonstration of live cell samples
  • Research applications needing tall culture vessel compatibility

Choose the IM-300 when:

  • You need brightfield and phase contrast on an inverted stand
  • You need an extendable working distance condenser for tall vessels
  • You want a straightforward inverted platform without fluorescence
  • You process routine cell culture samples

Optika Value Proposition

The Optika IM-300 combines IOS LWD W-PLAN PH optics with an extendable long working distance condenser on an inverted trinocular stand.
