The Optika IM-7 is an inverted research microscope built on a die-cast frame for high stability and long imaging sessions. It runs on a configurable IOS U-PLAN F Semi-Apo PH objective platform, sold separately, with a magnification changer offering 1x and 1.5x settings. The Koehler condenser has 6 positions covering phase contrast and DIC, with a working distance of 26 mm that can incline out of the optical path for extra clearance. Fluorescence with an HBO 100 W mercury lamp and a 6-position filter attachment is available as an optional module. Optika IM-7 Inverted Research Microscope

The Optika IM-7 is an inverted research microscope built on a die-cast frame, designed for transmitted light and reflected fluorescence observation in demanding research settings.

The objective platform is configurable and sold separately, built around Semi-Apochromatic IOS U-PLAN F PH objectives from 4x to 60x.

Configurable Semi-Apochromatic Objective Platform

Objectives are sold separately and cover IOS U-PLAN F (Semi-Apo) PH from 4x to 60x, with working distances from 1.8 mm to 16.5 mm depending on magnification, giving higher resolution than standard achromatic optics.

6-Position Koehler Condenser with Phase Contrast and DIC

The condenser, N.A. 0.55, gives 10x, 20x, and 40x phase contrast rings plus DIC1 (10x) and DIC2 (20x, 40x) prism positions, with a 26 mm working distance that can incline out of the optical path for extra clearance.

Optional HBO Fluorescence Module

The 6-position fluorescence attachment accepts blue, green, V, and UV filter sets, powered by a 100 W HBO mercury lamp, with a slider for ND filtering and an orange protection shield.

Three-Layer Mechanical Stage

The 340×230 mm stage moves on rack and pinion with a 130×85 mm range and flexible knob control, with holders for 160×110 mm Petri dishes and a 96-well Terasaki plate.
