The Asem CP1 L2100 fume hood combines EN14175 certified safety with a wide 2100 mm workspace. Built with a Class 1 melamine hydrofuge structure, it features a horizontal sash with three laminated sliding glass windows, LED lighting, and external service connections. Optional under-bench cabinets or safety storage add flexibility.
Asem CP1 L2100 Fume Hood – Extra-Wide Melamine Construction
The CP1 L2100 is part of Asem’s CP series, built with a melamine hydrofuge Class M1 structure and certified to EN14175. Unlike ICP fume cupboards with vertical sashes and C-frame supports, the CP series is fully self-supporting, with full-height side panels and a horizontal sash featuring three laminated sliding glass windows.
Key safety features include laminated Securit glass with fall-prevention, a deflagration ceiling panel, and external counterweights protected from corrosive vapours. The sash mechanism includes secure locking at 30 cm and 45 cm heights, with optional motorised control.
With a wide 2100 mm working area, integrated LED lighting, and external service connections, this fume hood provides excellent usability. Customizable worktops (stoneware, polypropylene, glass, stainless steel) and optional under-bench cabinets make the CP1 L2100 an adaptable solution for larger laboratories.
