The Optika IM-300LD4D is an inverted trinocular LED fluorescence microscope from the IM-300 series, built as an all-in-one digital system with an integrated camera and touchscreen monitor.

IOS LWD U-PLAN F objectives cover fluorescence-optimized observation, with a configurable 4-position fluorescence attachment that ships empty.

Configurable Fluorescence Attachment

The fluorescence attachment has up to 4 positions with manual selection and manual LED cube insertion. It ships empty, so the laboratory installs LED Fluorescence Cubes based on its own fluorochromes, each running over 65000 hours.

Integrated 6.3 MP Camera

The camera uses a Sony EXMOR CMOS sensor at 1/1.8 inch, giving 6.3 MP resolution (3072×2048) at 30 fps full resolution over USB3.0, with an IR-cut filter and 8 to 12 bit ADC conversion.

15.6 Inch 4K Touchscreen with Embedded PC

The 15.6 inch touchscreen runs at 3840×2160 resolution with an embedded Windows 11 PC, Intel Core or AMD Ryzen processor, 16 GB RAM, and 256 GB SSD storage, so the system runs Optika ProView software without an external computer.

The IM-300LD4D ships with IOS LWD U-PLAN F 10x, 20x, and 40x objectives and an empty fluorescence attachment as standard. LED Fluorescence Cubes are ordered separately based on the fluorochromes used.
