Configurable IOS LWD U-PLAN MET Objective Platform
Objectives are sold separately and cover U-PLAN MET and U-PLAN F MET series from 5x to 100x, with working distances up to 19.5 mm on the 5x U-PLAN F MET objective, all with an M26 thread.
DIC Slot for Differential Interference Contrast
The nosepiece includes a removable DIC slot, letting the microscope add differential interference contrast observation for surface topography work.
Metallographic Attachment with Polarizer
A polarizer and 360 degree rotatable analyzer support simple polarized light observation, and darkfield illumination is available for surface defect detection, with centerable field and aperture diaphragms.
Mechanical Stage for Inverted Sample Placement
