The Edmund Buhler KM 2 is a compact orbital shaker for general laboratory use. It suits small-volume samples in a reduced bench footprint.

Display and controls sit directly on the unit, with no external control box, for a simple setup.

Belt-free direct drive

The KM 2 uses a direct drive with no drive belt. This keeps maintenance low over the unit’s service life and gives a softer start suited to sensitive samples.

Platform and load capacity

The 200 x 295 mm platform holds a maximum load of 2 kg and runs from 5 to 220 rpm in steps of 5, with a 20 mm stroke.
