The Optika B-382PHi-ALC is a binocular phase contrast microscope from the B-380 series, built for routine laboratory work with unstained specimens. It combines IOS infinity-corrected W-PLAN PH objectives with a 5-position rotating condenser for brightfield, phase contrast, and darkfield observation.

Rackless Double Layer Stage

The 233×147 mm double layer mechanical stage uses a belt-driven, rackless mechanism with a 78×54 mm X-Y moving range and 0.1 mm vernier scale accuracy.

Coaxial Focusing with Limit Stop

Coarse and fine focusing share a coaxial control, with 25 mm coarse travel and 2 um fine resolution. An upper stop prevents contact between the objective and the specimen, and coarse focus tension is adjustable.
