Binder MKF 115 Climate Chamber – 115 L Dynamic Environmental Chamber for Temperature and Humidity Testing
The Binder MKF 115 climate chamber is engineered for dynamic environmental testing that demands fast temperature changes and precise humidity control. With a 115-liter interior, this powerful environmental chamber is ideal for simulations in electronics, automotive, aerospace, and materials testing applications requiring accurate and repeatable conditions.
Operating from –40 °C to +180 °C with temperature uniformity of ±0.1 to ±1.3 K, and humidity control from 10 % to 98 % RH (±2.5 %), the MKF 115 delivers consistent results across a wide range of testing protocols. It uses APT.line™ preheating technology for homogeneous air distribution and features steam humidification with a capacitive humidity sensor for fast response times.
The MKF 115 includes an intuitive touchscreen controller for time-segmented and real-time programming. Data can be exported via USB or Ethernet, and the integrated chart recorder and real-time clock provide traceable documentation. A 20-liter water tank ensures the chamber remains autonomous, with no direct water connection required.
Built for long-term use, the unit includes a stainless steel interior, LED chamber lighting, heated viewing window, programmable condensation protection, and a 50 mm access port. It is mounted on castors for mobility and uses a sustainable, CFC-free refrigerant (R‑452A) to minimize environmental impact.
