Asem CP0 Walk-in L2100 – Wide Walk-in Fume Hood for Bulky Equipment
The CP0 Walk-in L2100 is designed for laboratories working with tall or oversized equipment that cannot fit inside standard fume cupboards. Constructed with a Class M0 galvanized steel structure, it provides high fire resistance and complies with EN14175 for containment and safety.
This model features two vertical sashes, each with three horizontally sliding laminated windows. Safety mechanisms include sash locks at 5 cm and 45 cm, laminated Securit glazing, and a deflagration ceiling panel with polycarbonate release. Counterweights and cables are located outside the airflow volume, protecting them from corrosive vapours.
The walk-in configuration ensures full floor-level access, while external service connections allow for gas, water, vacuum, and compressed air integration. Removable rear panels, rear-wall sinks, and trellis supports for large apparatus make it versatile for advanced laboratory use. LED lighting, IP55 external sockets, and optional motorised sash operation add further flexibility.
