The CP0 Distillation L1500 is a specialized self-supporting fume hood engineered for distillation operations. Built with a fire-resistant Class M0 all-metal structure, it complies with EN14175 requirements for tested containment and safe laboratory operation.
Unlike standard CP0 models, this version incorporates reinforced internal supports and trellis structures (Ø 12/13 mm) for distillation equipment. It is fitted with two vertical sashes, each equipped with three laminated sliding glass windows, providing safe and ergonomic access. Counterweights and cables are located outside the airflow to prevent corrosion, while sash locks at 30 cm and 45 cm provide secure working positions.
Key safety features include laminated Securit glass, a deflagration ceiling panel, removable rear panels for cleaning, and LED lighting placed outside the airflow volume. With customizable worktops (stoneware, polypropylene, glass, stainless steel) and external utility connections, the CP0 Distillation L1500 is an adaptable solution for laboratories handling chemical distillation setups.
