Asem CP0 Distillation L1200 – Compact Metal Fume Hood for Distillation
The CP0 Distillation L1200 is a self-supporting fume hood specifically designed for distillation applications. Constructed in a fire-resistant Class M0 all-metal frame, it complies fully with EN14175 standards for containment and safety.
Unlike standard CP0 models, this version integrates a reinforced internal framework and support structures for distillation equipment. It features two vertical sashes, each with three laminated sliding glass windows, providing flexible and secure access. Counterweights and cables are positioned outside the airflow volume to avoid exposure to corrosive vapours.
Additional safety features include laminated Securit glass with fall-prevention, a deflagration ceiling panel, and sash locks at 30 cm and 45 cm. The modular design allows external utility connections (gas, water, vacuum, compressed air) and easy integration of sinks. Customizable worktops and linings, along with optional under-bench furniture, make this fume hood highly adaptable for chemical laboratories.
