Asem CP1 L1200 Fume Hood – Compact, Horizontal Sash Design
The CP1 L1200 is part of Asem’s CP range, offering Class M1 melamine hydrofuge construction and EN14175 certified safety. Unlike ICP models with vertical sashes and C-frame support, the CP range is self-supporting, with full-height side panels and a horizontal sash with three laminated sliding windows for ergonomic handling.
Safety features include laminated Securit glass with fall-prevention, a deflagration ceiling panel, and external counterweights placed outside the airflow volume to avoid corrosion. Panels can be easily removed for cleaning and maintenance, ensuring compliance with laboratory safety standards.
With a compact 1200 mm workspace, external utility connections, integrated LED lighting, and customizable worktops in stoneware, polypropylene, glass, or stainless steel, the CP1 L1200 is a versatile and durable fume cupboard. Optional under-bench storage or chemical safety cabinets increase laboratory efficiency.
