The Lab Armor Bead Bath 20L with Beads is the largest model in the range, designed exclusively for use with Lab Armor Beads. It provides exceptional heating performance for laboratories requiring high capacity, with a temperature range from ambient +5°C to 80°C and excellent thermal uniformity of ±1.0°C at 37°C.
Its waterless technology eliminates evaporation, contamination, and the need for biocides, making it safer and easier to maintain than a water bath. The included Lab Armor Beads securely hold various vessels—capped tubes, plates, bottles, and even non-watertight containers—without racks or floats.
Built for energy efficiency, the Bead Bath uses up to 4× less energy than a water bath at 65°C and more than 2× less energy at 37°C. Maintenance is minimal—just monthly disinfection with ethanol or isopropyl alcohol keeps it clean.
Designed for busy laboratory environments, the Bead Bath can remain always on, ensuring samples are ready when needed. With its large capacity, eco-friendly recyclable beads, and robust stainless steel housing, it is a reliable, sustainable solution for high-volume laboratory heating.
