The Nabertherm LV 15/11 is built for high-throughput laboratory ashing. Its spacious 15-liter chamber is ideal for larger sample quantities or stacked loading on optional racks. The system achieves 1100 °C in approx. 80 minutes and provides excellent combustion thanks to pre-heated air and >6x/minute exchange. The flap door serves as a loading surface, and the B510 controller allows flexible program control for standard and custom thermal processes.
High-Capacity Laboratory Ashing Furnace – Nabertherm LV 15/11
The Nabertherm LV 15/11 is a large-format ashing furnace for advanced thermal analysis, combustion, and LOI (loss on ignition) in laboratories working with plastics, chemicals, food samples, and residues.
Its 15-liter ceramic-lined chamber supports uniform heating to 1100 °C with programmable temperature ramps and holds. An air system that replaces chamber air more than 6 times per minute, combined with pre-heated intake air, ensures oxygen-rich combustion and excellent reproducibility. The flap door design provides convenient access and doubles as a loading platform.
This unit is fully compliant with ISO, ASTM, EN, and DIN standards and is compatible with multi-level tray loading.
