Reverse Osmosis Water for Laboratory Equipment

The Neptec TRITON RO 6 is a laboratory reverse osmosis system designed to produce ASTM Type 3 laboratory water directly from tap water. Reverse osmosis removes the majority of dissolved salts, particles, bacteria and organic contaminants from the feed water.

This purified water is typically used for laboratory equipment where ultrapure water is not required but where mineral-free water is necessary to prevent scaling, contamination or deposits.

Compact Laboratory Water System

The TRITON RO series is one of the most compact laboratory water purification systems available. The system can be connected directly to the laboratory tap water supply and requires minimal installation space.

With a production rate of 6 L/h and a 10 L storage tank, the system provides a convenient supply of purified water for laboratories with moderate water consumption.

Typical Applications in Laboratories

ASTM Type 3 water produced by the TRITON RO 6 is typically used for equipment such as environmental test chambers, climate chambers, water baths and steam generators.

The system is also commonly used for manually filled laboratory autoclaves where demineralized water is required to prevent scaling and maintain proper operation.

The system is equipped with a large touchscreen interface that provides intuitive monitoring and control of all system parameters. Conductivity, temperature and system status are continuously monitored.

Integrated sensors monitor pressure, flow and leak detection, ensuring safe and reliable operation in laboratory environments.
