The Asem CP1 L1500 fume hood provides a 1500 mm wide workspace in a durable Class 1 melamine hydrofuge structure. EN14175 certified, it features a horizontal sash with three laminated glass panels, external service connections, and optional under-bench furniture, making it versatile for modern laboratories.
Asem CP1 L1500 Fume Hood – Wide Horizontal Sash Design
The CP1 L1500 is part of Asem’s CP range, built with a Class M1 melamine hydrofuge structure and EN14175 certification. Unlike ICP models with vertical sashes and C-frame support, CP hoods are self-supporting with full-height side panels and a horizontal sash with three laminated sliding windows.
Safety features include laminated Securit glass with fall-prevention, a deflagration ceiling panel, and external counterweights kept outside the airflow to avoid corrosion. Integrated LED lighting, external service connections, and easy-to-remove rear panels ensure safe and efficient operation.
With a 1500 mm workspace, customizable worktops (stoneware, polypropylene, glass, stainless steel), and optional under-bench storage cabinets, the CP1 L1500 offers adaptability for teaching, research, and industrial laboratories.
