Asem CP0 Walk-in L1800 – Wide Walk-in Fume Hood for Large Equipment
The CP0 Walk-in L1800 is designed for laboratories handling oversized or tall equipment that cannot fit in standard fume cupboards. Built in a fire-resistant Class M0 galvanized steel structure, it ensures durability and complies with EN14175 safety standards.
The hood features two vertical sashes, each with three horizontally sliding laminated glass panels. Counterweights and cables are positioned outside the airflow to avoid corrosion, and sash stops at 5 cm and 45 cm provide secure and ergonomic operation. A polycarbonate ceiling panel serves as a deflagration outlet and light passage, while removable rear panels facilitate maintenance and cleaning.
With an 1800 mm wide walk-in design, LED lighting outside the airflow, external service connections, and optional mobile benches, the CP0 Walk-in L1800 provides flexible containment for complex experimental setups. Rear-wall sinks and trellis supports for large apparatus add further adaptability.
