Asem CP0 Distillation L1800 – Wide Metal Fume Hood for Distillation
The CP0 Distillation L1800 is a self-supporting fume hood engineered for chemical laboratories requiring a wide workspace and equipment reinforcement for distillation processes. Built with a fire-resistant Class M0 all-metal structure, it fully complies with EN14175 standards for laboratory safety and containment.
Unlike standard CP0 models, this unit integrates reinforced trellis supports (Ø 12/13 mm) to hold distillation apparatus. It features two vertical sashes, each with three laminated sliding glass windows, with sash stops at 30 cm and 45 cm. A ceiling-mounted deflagration panel, laminated Securit glass, and counterweights positioned outside the airflow provide enhanced protection against chemical hazards.
With a generous 1800 mm wide work area, LED lighting placed outside the airflow, and removable rear panels for easy cleaning, the CP0 Distillation L1800 is practical as well as safe. Its customizable worktops and interior linings, along with optional under-bench storage or chemical safety cabinets, provide versatility for advanced research and industrial laboratories.
