The Neptec PROTEUS is a central laboratory reverse osmosis water system designed to supply purified water to laboratory equipment and water distribution networks. The system integrates pretreatment, reverse osmosis purification, an 80 L storage tank and a pressure booster pump in one compact cabinet.
The PROTEUS system produces high-quality ASTM Type 3 pure water from tap water and is ideal for supplying laboratory dishwashers, autoclaves and medium-consumption laboratory water pipe networks. With integrated pressure control and monitoring, the system ensures reliable water supply for laboratories across the BeNeLux.

Central Laboratory Reverse Osmosis Water System
The Neptec PROTEUS is a central laboratory water purification system designed to produce ASTM Type 3 purified water directly from tap water. The system integrates all essential components required for reliable laboratory water production in a single compact cabinet.
Pretreatment, reverse osmosis, water storage and pressure boosting are combined in one system, allowing laboratories to install a complete water purification solution without additional infrastructure.
Reliable RO Water for Laboratory Dishwashers and Autoclaves
Many laboratory instruments require a reliable supply of demineralized water to operate correctly. Laboratory glassware washers and autoclaves typically consume significant volumes of water per cycle and require a stable supply pressure.
The PROTEUS system is particularly suited for supplying laboratory dishwashers, autoclaves and other laboratory equipment that require purified water with consistent quality and pressure.
Integrated Storage Tank and Booster Pump
The system includes an integrated 80 L pure water storage tank designed to ensure a stable reserve of purified water. The tank is constructed from high-quality PE and includes sterile ventilation and overflow protection.
An integrated booster pump with constant pressure control delivers purified water to laboratory instruments with stable pressure, even when multiple devices are operating simultaneously.
High Efficiency Reverse Osmosis Purification
The reverse osmosis module removes up to 99 % of dissolved salts, bacteria and organic contaminants from the feed water. Continuous monitoring of conductivity, pressure and flow ensures reliable system performance.
The produced water meets internationally recognised laboratory standards such as ASTM, DIN EN 285 and DIN EN 15883.
Designed for Laboratory Infrastructure
The PROTEUS system is often used as a central water purification unit for laboratories with multiple instruments requiring purified water. It can supply several devices simultaneously or feed medium-consumption laboratory pipe networks.
For laboratories located in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg, Labman provides installation, system commissioning, maintenance and replacement consumables.
