Optika B-383FL Trinocular HBO Fluorescence Microscope
The Optika B-383FL is a trinocular fluorescence microscope from the B-380 series, built around a traditional HBO 100 W high pressure mercury bulb, the most used fluorescence method worldwide for research purposes.
IOS N-PLAN brightfield objectives from 4x to 100x oil share the stand with the epi-fluorescence attachment, so users move between brightfield and fluorescence observation on one microscope.
HBO Mercury Lamp Fluorescence
The HBO 100 W high pressure mercury bulb gives an outstanding flexibility of use, and the blue and green filter sets supplied as standard allow the visualization of fluorochromes such as Auramine O, Acridine Yellow, FITC, and GFP (S65T) with the blue filter set, plus Rhodamine, Nile Red, Cy5.5, and Propidium Iodide with the green filter set.
2-Position Filter Holder for Future Upgrades
The filter holder accepts additional specific filter sets beyond the blue and green sets included as standard, so the system can be upgraded as fluorochrome needs change.
