The EOF239L4FNMY23 Lithiumsafe cabinet is a 90-minute fire-rated safety cabinet for lithium-ion battery storage and charging. Certified to EN14470-1:2023 and equipped with 4 fire-tested shelves, fire dampers, and thermal seals, it offers exceptional protection. A 100 mm exhaust collar enables safe ventilation. This model is ideal for storing or charging lithium-ion or lithium polymer batteries in industrial or research environments.
The Exacta Lithiumsafe EOF239L4FNMY23 cabinet is purpose-built for storing and charging lithium-ion and lithium-polymer batteries safely. It meets the strictest European fire safety standards and is rated for 90 minutes fire resistance in accordance with EN14470-1:2023.
Constructed from 15/10 mm cold-formed electro-galvanized steel, the cabinet is finished with a 90-micron acid-resistant epoxy resin and thermally cured at 200°C. Internally, it is insulated with high-density rock wool and calcium sulfate panels, and finished with melamine cladding resistant to chemical vapors.
Key safety features include thermally expanding seals (30 mm), automatic fire-closing doors at 50°C, and certified fire dampers (70°C). Four perforated, fire-tested steel shelves are adjustable and mounted on spark-proof copper rivets. An exhaust collar (100 mm) allows connection to a filtration unit or exhaust duct. The cabinet is grounded and includes leveling feet.
Optional accessories include alarm systems, temperature detectors, fire extinguishers, and electrical outlet racks for battery charging. Whether you’re storing lithium polymer batteries, charging li-ion packs, or managing EV modules, this battery cabinet delivers fireproof protection and regulatory compliance.
