Binder MKFT 240 Climate Chamber – 228 L Dynamic Environmental Chamber with Extended Low-Temperature Capability
The Binder MKFT 240 climate chamber is a powerful 228-liter dynamic environmental chamber designed for precise simulation of extreme temperature and humidity conditions. With a wide temperature range from –70 °C to +180 °C and humidity control from 10 % to 98 % RH, it is ideal for demanding tests in automotive, aerospace, electronics, and materials research.
This unit combines fast temperature change rates with accurate climate control, making it perfect for cyclic testing. APT.line™ preheating technology ensures uniform temperature distribution, while the steam humidification system and capacitive humidity sensor guarantee precise humidity control even during rapid changes.
The MKFT 240 features an integrated 20-liter water tank for automatic water supply and drainage, eliminating the need for external connections. A modern touchscreen controller allows for time-segment and real-time programming with USB and Ethernet data logging. Additional features include a heated viewing window with LED lighting, programmable condensation protection, door heating, and a Class 2 temperature safety device.
Mobility is provided by four castors (two lockable), and the unit uses environmentally friendly refrigerants R-452A and R-23.
