Binder KBF-S ECO 400 Constant Climate Chamber – 400 L with Reliable Peltier Climate Control
The Binder KBF-S ECO 400 constant climate chamber combines high volume and energy-efficient operation using Peltier technology, making it suitable for laboratories conducting pharmaceutical stability studies and environmental simulations.
With a 400-liter stainless steel chamber, the unit provides consistent climate conditions within a temperature range of 0 °C to 70 °C and a humidity range of 10% to 80% RH, without employing refrigerants. The silent and maintenance-free Peltier system minimizes environmental impact while maintaining precise control.
The chamber features Binder’s APT.line™ preheating technology for uniform temperature, and a capacitive humidity sensor with steam humidification for accurate moisture regulation. Its user-friendly touchscreen controller allows flexible programming and continuous monitoring. GLP-compliant data export is supported via USB and Ethernet interfaces.
Additional benefits include two telescopic stainless steel racks (expandable to 15), a 30 mm access port, and a Class 3.3 temperature safety device with visual and acoustic alarms. The mobile unit is equipped with locking casters for stability.
