The Binder KBF PRO 130 constant climate chamber offers compact, high-precision performance for demanding material and stability testing in pharmaceutical, biotech, and research laboratories. With a 127-liter stainless steel chamber, it provides tight control of temperature (–20 °C to +100 °C) and humidity (10% to 98% RH), making it ideal for accelerated aging, high humidity cycles, and stability protocols.
The unit incorporates Binder’s advanced APT.line™ preheating technology and an energy-efficient inverter compressor using environmentally friendly R‑290 refrigerant. This ensures consistent climatic conditions throughout the chamber while reducing energy consumption by up to 40% compared to older models.
Key features include door heating to prevent condensation, adjustable fan speed, and highly accurate steam humidification with capacitive humidity control. A modern touchscreen controller allows intuitive time-segment programming and real-time monitoring, while integrated USB and Ethernet ports enable GLP-compliant data logging.
The chamber is equipped with a Class 3.3 independent temperature safety device, visual and audible alarms, and a built-in diagnostic system. The tabletop design is stackable and includes two telescopic stainless steel racks and a Ø 30 mm access port for sensor integration.
