The Binder MKF 1020 climate chamber offers a large 991-liter stainless steel chamber designed for demanding environmental testing applications requiring fast temperature cycling and precise humidity control. Ideal for industries such as electronics, automotive, aerospace, and materials science, this environmental chamber ensures reliable and reproducible test conditions.
Operating within a broad temperature range of –40 °C to +180 °C and a humidity range of 10 % to 98 % RH, the MKF 1020 guarantees excellent temperature uniformity and humidity accuracy. APT.line™ preheating technology provides uniform temperature distribution, while steam humidification combined with a capacitive humidity sensor delivers rapid and exact humidity control.
The chamber includes a 20-liter integrated water tank for automatic water supply and drainage, removing the need for external plumbing. The intuitive touchscreen controller supports real-time and time-segment programming, with data logging available via USB and Ethernet interfaces. Additional features include a heated viewing window with LED lighting, two 80 mm access ports, programmable condensation protection, and door heating.
Mobility is facilitated by four lockable castors, and safety is ensured through a Class 2 temperature safety device with alarms. The chamber uses eco-friendly R‑452A refrigerant, aligning with modern environmental standards.
