Binder WIC 1 Walk‑In Chamber – 12 m³ Walk‑In Environmental & Stability Chamber

The Binder WIC 1 walk‑in chamber delivers precise environmental control for ICH‑compliant stability testing, shelf‑life studies, and accelerated aging. With a generous interior volume of 12 m³ (2,400 × 2,300 × 2,270 mm), it maintains temperatures between 10 °C and 50 °C (±1.5 °C) and humidity from 20 % to 90 % RH (±2.5 %) via a high-efficiency ducted air distribution system. The interior is fully stainless steel, while the exterior is constructed from galvanized and polyester-coated panels in RAL 9010, featuring 100 mm polyurethane insulation with a U-value of 0.21 W/m²K.

This walk-in environmental chamber includes LED lighting with motion sensors, a lockable safety door, a 50 mm access port for external sensors, and an externally installed air-conditioning unit for hassle-free maintenance. Designed for stability studies in pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic, and materials testing labs, the WIC 1 supports compliance with ICH Q1A (R2), GMP, and GLP guidelines.

Equipped to handle floor loads up to 50,000 N/m² and using environmentally friendly refrigerant (GWP 547), the WIC 1 offers robust performance, ease of servicing, and long-term reliability. A 3-year warranty is included.
