The WLD-Tec SteriMax Long 161 mm infrared loop sterilizer is engineered for laboratories that require flame-free sterilization with an extended heating zone for longer loops, needles or spreaders.

Its advanced double tube design combines a abrasion-resistant ceramic annealing tube with a quartz heating element. When activated, infrared radiation brings the chamber to sterilization temperatures between 900–950 °C, enabling complete microbial elimination in just seconds without generating flames or combustion gases. This flame-free operation makes the SteriMax Long particularly well-suited for use under laminar flow cabinets, anaerobic workstations, safety cabinets and clean benches.

Designed for Extended Tools and Continuous Use

The 161 mm long heating tube provides a generous sterilization zone, so longer loops and instruments don’t need to be repositioned for full exposure. This increases throughput and improves workflow comfort, especially in high-productivity labs.

Seven adjustable angle positions (+30° / −45° increments) allow the heating chamber to be oriented for operator ergonomics and ideal access.
