The SM 30 C control is the programmable version of the SM 30 C universal reversible shaker from Edmund Buhler. It suits labs that want to store and repeat orbital and reciprocating agitation protocols at high load. Its 560 x 400 mm platform holds a maximum load of 30 kg, with speed adjustable in steps of 5 from 15 to 300 rpm. The capacitive touch screen, glove-compatible, allows manual or programmed operation over 10 programs of 10 segments each. The unit keeps the dual function of the SM 30 C, orbital or reciprocating, with a 26 mm stroke. The SM 30 C control accepts the same racks as the SM 30 C, as well as the TH 30 incubator hood. USB 2.0, RS 232, and control interfaces are available as options for remote operation.

The Edmund Buhler SM 30 C control reuses the reversible mechanical base of the SM 30 C and adds a programmable touch screen to store and repeat heavy-load protocols.

Speed adjusts in steps of 5 over the same 15 to 300 rpm range as the non-programmable version, in orbital or reciprocating mode.

Touch screen and programming

The capacitive touch screen, glove-compatible, allows manual or automatic operation over 10 programs of 10 segments each, with an audible and visual end-of-program signal.

A programmable delayed start and automatic restart after a power failure round out the programming functions.

Platform and load capacity

The 560 x 400 mm platform holds a maximum load of 30 kg, over a 26 mm stroke in orbital mode.

Options and Accessories – SM 30 C control
