Perfect for storing small quantities of lithium polymer or li-ion batteries, it includes a spill tray with grating and spark-proof hardware. A 100 mm ventilation collar allows safe airflow or optional extraction. Grounding and fire seals ensure top-level safety.
The Exacta EOF706GL1FNMY23 Lithiumsafe cabinet is a space-saving, fire-rated cabinet for storing lithium-ion and lithium-polymer batteries in compact environments.
This compact battery cabinet features a rugged steel structure (15/10 mm thick), coated with acid-resistant epoxy resin and thermally hardened. Its insulation includes rock wool and calcium sulfate panels, ensuring 90-minute fire protection in accordance with EN14470-1:2023. Internal melamine panels resist aggressive vapors.
The cabinet includes a steel sump tray and grating for leak containment, along with spark-proof copper shelf mounts and reinforced support strips. Doors auto-close at 50 °C and fire dampers activate at 70 °C to seal air inlets. A 100 mm vent collar allows connection to an exhaust or filtration system.
Thanks to its light weight and available wheel kit, the EOF706GL1FNMY23 is ideal for mobile lab setups, R&D departments, or battery test benches. Ventilation is strongly recommended to maintain a safe storage environment and ensure full warranty coverage.
