The Exacta EOF240L4FNMY23 is a wide lithium-ion battery storage cabinet with a 90-minute fire resistance rating. Ideal for storing or charging lithium polymer batteries, it features 4 heavy-duty shelves, fire-sealed vents, self-closing doors, and a 100 mm exhaust collar for optional ventilation. Fully compliant with EN14470-1:2023 and equipped with spark-proof shelf mounts and grounding.
Designed to secure larger volumes of lithium-ion and lithium-polymer batteries, the Exacta EOF240L4FNMY23 cabinet combines exceptional fire safety with practical storage and charging capabilities.
Its robust structure is built from 15/10 mm electro-galvanized steel, finished in grey (RAL 7035) with black doors, and coated in acid-resistant epoxy. Internally, high-density rock wool and calcium sulfate panels ensure thermal insulation. Fire-tested melamine panels resist chemical vapors.
Equipped with four fire-rated steel shelves (70 kg load each), this wide model accommodates bulky batteries. The doors are fitted with thermal seals and close automatically at 50°C. Certified fire dampers shut the ventilation path at 70°C. The 100 mm rear collar allows connection to an exhaust or filtering unit.
This model is ideal for industrial sites, EV workshops, drone labs, or any facility storing or charging high-energy lithium batteries. It complies with EN14470-1:2023 (90 minutes), EN16121, and EN1363-1.
