The Erlab Captair Chemtrap H402 Smart is a high-capacity standalone filtration system for tall chemical storage cabinets. With 60 m³/h airflow, Smart LED monitoring, and a Molecode solvent sensor, it ensures safe, compliant, and efficient chemical storage.
The Erlab Captair Chemtrap H402 Smart is the advanced version of the H402 Midcap, designed for tall chemical storage cabinets requiring higher airflow and integrated monitoring. Operating at 60 m³/h, it guarantees effective capture of harmful vapours and gases released by stored chemicals.
This Smart model includes LED light pulse communication, giving real-time feedback on operating status, airflow, and filter efficiency. The integrated Molecode solvent sensor (S) provides automatic detection of filtration defaults, ensuring maximum safety for laboratory staff.
The Chemtrap H402 Smart also supports network connectivity (RJ45), allowing integration into laboratory monitoring systems for enhanced traceability and compliance. Its modular filtration column accepts Erlab’s wide selection of molecular filters (Organic vapours, Acids, Ammonia, Formaldehyde), with the option to add HEPA H14 particulate filtration for powders.
Constructed from anti-corrosion steel and polypropylene, the Chemtrap H402 Smart is durable, reliable, and fully compliant with AFNOR NFX 15-211 standards. It is supplied with a 1 m flexible connection tube, sleeve, and clamp for quick and secure installation.
