Binder UF V 700 Ultra Low Temperature Freezer – Secure –90 °C Storage in 736 L Capacity
The Binder UF V 700 ultra low temperature freezer is engineered for high-capacity sample storage in demanding laboratory environments. Offering a wide temperature range from –90 °C to –40 °C and a generous 736 L stainless steel chamber, this ULT freezer provides a reliable and energy-efficient solution for long-term preservation of biological and chemical materials.
The unit features a powerful cascade refrigeration system with vacuum-insulated panels and uses climate-neutral refrigerants (R‑290/R‑170) to deliver excellent thermal stability. With energy consumption of approximately 8.1 kWh/day at –80 °C and a low noise level of 47 dB(A), the UF V 700 ensures both performance and comfort in laboratory settings.
Designed with user safety and convenience in mind, it includes a robust door handle, detachable inner doors, and three stainless-steel shelves (expandable to thirteen), accommodating up to 528 cryoboxes (50 mm). Two Ø 28 mm access ports allow for external sensor integration, while integrated data logging (USB/Ethernet), visual and audible alarms, and zero-voltage contacts ensure full monitoring and compliance with GLP requirements. Optional water-cooling is also available.
