The Binder MKF 400 climate chamber delivers outstanding performance for environmental simulation involving rapid temperature and humidity changes. Designed for high-precision testing in electronics, automotive, aerospace, and materials science, this 417-liter chamber meets the strictest industry standards for reliability and reproducibility.
With a temperature range from –40 °C to +180 °C and a humidity range of 10 % to 98 % RH, the MKF 400 ensures stable and uniform test conditions. APT.line™ preheating technology guarantees even temperature distribution throughout the chamber, while a steam humidification system with a capacitive humidity sensor ensures fast and accurate humidity control.
The intuitive touchscreen controller enables time-segment and real-time programming, while data can be recorded and exported via USB and Ethernet. The system also features an integrated chart recorder, ramp functions, and programmable condensation protection. Safety is ensured with a Class 2 temperature safety device and comprehensive alarm functions.
A 20-liter water tank is integrated for automatic humidification and drainage, eliminating the need for direct plumbing. The MKF 400 also includes a heated viewing window with LED interior lighting, a 50 mm access port, and four castors for easy mobility. It operates with CFC-free R‑452A refrigerant, making it a sustainable choice for demanding lab environments.
